What these projects have in common
The products below look unrelated — a benefits platform, a gym network, a used-car marketplace, a laundry service, a school communication app. What connects them is the kind of problem underneath.
Every one has more than one type of user with conflicting needs, state that has to stay correct across devices and sessions, and a back office where someone at the company manages the rules. That combination is where projects usually go wrong, and it is what we build for.
How to read a portfolio — ours or anyone else’s
Portfolios are curated by definition. Three questions make them useful:
- Is it live? Every project here shipped and has been in real use. Concept work is not the same as production.
- Was the hard part the same as your hard part? Industry matters less than the underlying difficulty. If your product moves money, look at Clickvale. If it coordinates people and events in real time, look at SIIOS. If it is a two-sided marketplace, look at Car4Sale or Fitstop.
- What was actually built by them? Design, development, both, or maintenance of someone else’s code. We built these end to end.
The one worth pausing on
SIIOS is a security operational intelligence platform coordinating multiple types of field agents across more than 300 Banco Santander branches in real time. It is the project that best answers whether we can operate at enterprise scale, because in security operations a delay is not an inconvenience — it is an operational failure.
