Meu Dr24horas is a healthtech app that makes booking a doctor simple for patients and manageable for physicians. Akkurat helped turn a founder’s insight — that both doctors and patients were being failed by slow, fragmented care — into a working mobile product.

The challenge

The founder, watching Brazilian medicine strain under rising demand, wanted to use mobile technology to make life easier on both sides of the appointment: quicker, clearer scheduling for patients, and a manageable flow of appointments for doctors. Healthcare software carries a high bar — it has to be reliable and handle personal information with care.

What we built
