Top Clean is a specialist in washing and dyeing jeans, with a home pickup-and-delivery service. Akkurat built the app that puts that service on the customer’s phone — request a pickup, track the order, and get finished pieces delivered back home.

The challenge

An on-demand service business lives or dies on logistics. Top Clean needed to move its careful, organized process — and its delivery service that collects and returns pieces at home — into an app that made requesting and following an order effortless for the customer.
